All deliveries will be charged a 10.00 fee. This will be subjected to change depending on the location of the delivery. I travel between Olympia to Seattle, anywhere further will be a .75 cent per mile charge.
A pick up will be charged a 10.00 fee. This will be subjected to change depending on the location of the pick up. I travel between Olympia to Seattle, anywhere further will be a .75 cent per mile charge. Pick ups will occur when a client has booked a rental from me or has requested me to write on an item that they already have.
Depending on the type for your booking, a deposit will always be due unless you have booked a rental. Rentals will be charged full price at the time of booking. The rest of the payment for other bookings will be charged when you have received your item. You will have the option of paying in full at the time of booking, please contact me for this option at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will not start working on your booking until a deposit is paid.
If you would like to pay in full at the time of booking, I will invoice you the total cost via square and manually put you in my calendar for your desired date. I will not start working on your booking until a deposit is paid. Due to deposits being due at the time of booking on my site — it will differ from square as I will invoice you the full amount. If you choose to pay for your deposit days before your booking is due, I will charge you a rush fee on top of your service. So please keep this in mind if this is the route you would like to take. I will have all the details on invoices and I am willing to send payment reminders if requested.
On the booking page, for the type of service you’re wanting, each service type has a time that has to be allowed before booking the service. Anything faster than the allotted time frame will be subjected to a 20% charge of the overall service.
1- 3 days before your desired booking date will result in a 75% fee charge of the overall service.
Please keep in mind, time is very valuable and I would love to take my time to have it be the best for you.
All “rental” bookings are required to pay full amount at the time of booking. Rentals have options, such as the drop-off pick up fees. Upon receiving the finish product on the due date, a rental agreement must be signed in person and dated. Simply stating “you break it, you buy it.” As well as other details.
All booking deposits are non-refundable. I require a full 2 weeks notice before the booking date to receive all but the deposit back if paid in full. This 2 week notice will be for if you have booked “Weddings Events, Events/Parties, or Business Services”.
All other services will require at least 1 week notice in advance.
